Soelberg Management ApS is the data controller for the personal information processed through Career Discovery.

We collect the information needed to provide and operate Career Discovery. This may include:

• Account information: your email address, account identifiers and any profile information you provide.
• Documents you upload: such as your CV, LinkedIn PDF or other career documents you choose to provide.
• Your Career Discovery answers: information you provide during Part 1, Part 2 and any optional tools, including voice transcripts where you use voice input.
• Generated information: your Career Discovery report and any optional outputs generated from the information you provide.
• Payment information: information associated with your purchase, such as payment status, transaction reference and billing information. Full card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by us.
• Usage information: information such as your progress through Career Discovery, features used and basic interaction data needed to operate and improve the service.
• Technical information: such as IP address, browser and device information, security logs and cookies or similar technologies.

Career Discovery does not require you to provide sensitive personal information.

However, career decisions can relate to personal circumstances, and you may choose to provide information that GDPR treats as a special category of personal data. This can include information about health, racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, sex life or sexual orientation.

By confirming this Privacy Policy, you explicitly consent to us processing any special-category personal data that you voluntarily choose to provide during Career Discovery, solely where necessary to provide your Career Discovery experience and results.

You can complete Career Discovery without providing special-category personal data.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting discovery@annasoelberg.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that lawfully took place before your consent was withdrawn.

Please avoid providing sensitive personal information that is not relevant to your Career Discovery journey.

We use your personal information to:

• create and manage your Career Discovery account;
• authenticate you securely;
• provide your Career Discovery journey;
• process the documents and information you choose to provide;
• generate your personalised Career Discovery report and optional outputs;
• save your progress so you can return during your access period;
• process and administer your purchase;
• provide customer support;
• maintain the security and reliability of the service;
• identify and resolve technical issues;
• improve how Career Discovery functions; and
• comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your CV, answers, transcripts or Career Discovery results to train AI models.

Career Discovery uses artificial intelligence to process the information you provide, guide parts of your Career Discovery journey and generate personalised career insights and reports.

Your information may therefore be processed by AI service providers where necessary to provide Career Discovery.

Career Discovery provides guidance for your own reflection and decision-making. It does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you, such as deciding whether you receive employment, credit, insurance or another service.

Under GDPR, we process personal information on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract: where processing is necessary to provide the Career Discovery service you purchased, including your account, journey and generated report.
• Explicit consent: where you voluntarily provide special-category personal data during Career Discovery.
• Consent: for optional cookies, marketing communications or other processing where consent is required.
• Legitimate interests: where necessary to maintain security, prevent fraud, provide support, diagnose technical problems and improve the reliability of Career Discovery, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
• Legal obligation: where we are required to retain or process information under applicable law, including accounting and tax requirements.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

We use selected third-party providers to operate Career Discovery.

These currently include:

• Lovable / Lovable Cloud: application infrastructure, hosting, database, authentication and storage.
• OpenAI, through Career Discovery's technical infrastructure: AI processing used to understand your inputs and generate Career Discovery outputs.
• Stripe: payment processing and administration.
• Transactional email provider: delivery of service emails such as account, purchase and access notifications.

These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for the services they perform.

Some providers act as data processors on our behalf. Others, such as payment providers, may also act as independent data controllers for certain processing they are legally required to perform.

We require providers processing personal information on our behalf to protect it in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

OpenAI states that inputs and outputs from its API and business services are not used to train its models by default unless the customer expressly opts in.

Some of our service providers or their subprocessors may process personal information outside Denmark or the European Economic Area.

Where personal information is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate legal safeguards are used where required. These may include an adequacy decision by the European Commission or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Career Discovery is designed around a limited access period rather than indefinite storage.

We retain the information required to provide your Career Discovery journey during your 3-month access period.

After your access ends, Career Discovery content such as your answers, uploaded documents and generated outputs will normally be deleted or anonymised within 30 days, unless there is a specific reason we are legally entitled or required to retain it for longer.

If you ask us to delete your account before your access period ends, we will delete or anonymise your Career Discovery personal data, normally within 30 days, except where information must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.

Information may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are overwritten in accordance with our service providers' normal backup cycles.

Payment, transaction and accounting records may be retained for longer where required by Danish accounting, tax or other applicable law.

Anonymous or aggregated information that can no longer identify you may be retained for longer.

Where the functionality is available in your account, you can delete uploaded documents yourself.

You may also ask us to delete your Career Discovery account and associated personal information by contacting discovery@annasoelberg.com.

Deleting your account does not create a new Career Discovery journey or an entitlement to restart Career Discovery under the same purchase.

Certain limited records may still be retained where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Subject to the conditions set out in GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
• request deletion of your personal information;
• request restriction of certain processing;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests;
• receive certain personal information in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; and
• lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.

We will normally respond within one month. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Career Discovery is designed to analyse your career information and circumstances.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a personal-data breach, we will assess and respond to it in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Career Discovery develops or if legal or technical requirements change.

If we make material changes that affect how your personal information is processed, we will provide appropriate notice.
